Universal Instant messages by the administrator
 
SiteSticky admin can broadcast a universal instant message, push a web page or send a dialog window to all SiteSticky users. This text message appears highlighted and in bold at the top of each avatar screen and simultaneously in the text communication areas.

This is done via the 'Messages' tab on the Admin interface.
