Shared White Board |

The
Shared WhiteBoard is an amazing tool. It's simple to use, and it's
entertaining alone or with other people. Drawing & collaborating
in an imaginative way is an easy way to interact with other people.
It's fun to get to know other people by creating original art with
the WhiteBoard: you don't have to talk, you can just relax and let
your imagination do all the work!

You
can configure the WhiteBoard to appear in your SiteSticky as a tab
in a room, or as a separate window. All a user has to do is enter
the room and click on the WhiteBoard tab, or enter the room
and click on WhiteBoard to launch the window..
How to use the WhiteBoard:
1. Select a mode from the tool bar: free hand drawing  ,
straight line drawing  ,
circle  ,
square/rectangle  ,
star  ,
octagon  ,
or type (text)  .
2. Select a thickness: This changes the thickness of the line for
free hand drawing, straight line drawing, and the outline of shapes. The
default thickness is 7, but you can increase or decrease by clicking in
the thickness field  ,
and typing in a new number. The greater the number, the thicker the line.
3. Select a color: Click one of the three colored boxes (as described
below). A window for selecting color pops up:
You can choose a color from the drop down menu, or you can use the color mixer
to create your own original color:
Just click on one of the controls (R, G, or B), and hold down your mouse button
to move the control up or down until you achieve the color you want.
Then click Ok.
*Background color: Click on the colored box next to Background:
 .
Selecting the same color will simply clear the screen. Selecting a new
color will change the background of the whole WhiteBoard.
*Fill color: Click on the colored box next to Fill:
 .
This controls the color that fills the shapes (circle, square, star,
octagon). To make shapes that are outline only with no fill, select
the same color as the background color or choose "Transparent"
from the drop down menu. To make whole shapes, choose the same color
as the outline color.
*Outline color: Click on the colored box next to Outline:  .
This controls the color of free hand drawing, straight line drawing,
type, and the outline of shapes.
4. To customize type (text): You can change type color, font, and size.
To change color, change the Outline Color (see above). To change font,
enter the text then click Ctrl + F until you find the font you want,
and click "Enter" to send the text to the White Board. To change size,
enter text then click Ctrl + U to increase font size or Ctrl + D to
decrease font size, and click "Enter" to send it to the WhiteBoard.
5. To increase/decrease branches of stars: First click the Star
icon on the toolbar ,
then increase or decrease the number of branches by using the "+" or
"-" key from your numeric keypad.
