Are there any charges for the Voice communication between the customer (caller) and the Agent?
No. The caller and your Agents can be any where in the world and you will pay nothing extra for all the voice communication between them through your CallSite system.

How is the quality of the Voice?
On a 56K modem, it is generally better than a typical mobile phone. Of course depending on internet congestion, the quality of the sound cards, speakers & microphone.

How easy is it to add CallSite to my Web site?
Very easy. After you are signed up:
  1. Create the Agent accounts via the CallSite Web based Admin
  2. Give to your Agents the CallSite Agent software
  3. Create the HTML for each Agent via the Admin
  4. Copy & paste the HTML code for each Agent to your Web pages
  5. Or generate a call routed button and copy & paste this HTML code into your Web pages pointing to a group of Agents

What is the minimum number of Agent Seat licenses that I can sign up for?
2 Agent Seats per month.

What does the Agent Seat licensing mean?
This is the maximum number of people (Agents) in your company that can be communicating at the same time with your Web site visitors. So for example if you have the 5 Agent license that means up to a maximum of 5 people (Agents) in your organization can be entered into your CallSite system and thus able to communicate via your CallSite with your Web based customers. You can add and remove as many Agents as you want, but the maximum number is limited to the number of Seat licenses that you have signed up for.

What are the limitations of CallSite service vs the Enterprise software?
CallSite Enterprise software has the following additional features:
  1. LiveTrax
  2. Dynamic RGT
  3. Access to the server for connectivity to for example an SQL DB.
