What does it mean to be a Netdive authorized reseller?

It would mean that you would offer Netdive products either for a fee or free to your local market and charge them your selected rates for support and/or enterprise class professional services. You would then pay Netdive a small annual fee for receiving meta support versus 10% of your gross sales, whichever greater, with the annual fee for meta support being based on the size of your local market with a minimum being $25K per year, plus a one time training fee to get your staff expert in regard to the installation & operation of Netdive products.

So Yes, this means that the same software products that we have spent 10's of Millions of Dollars to develop to their current advanced versions - since 1997, you can have near total ownership of for your local market, paying Netdive only 10% of the sales that you generate from them, thus retaining a whopping 90% of the sales.

1. The right to give Netdive products away for a license fee or for free, as per your option, to your local market and charge for support and professional services at the prices you choose.
2. Market exclusivity if certain sales or advertising conditions are met.
3. Netdive will refer to you all customers who come to us from your market and will not sell to them directly.

• You need to be a quality IT company in your market
• You need to be generating sales of at least 500K per year
• You need to be authorized reseller/partner for at least 3 other reputable software/hardware companies
