into all our software systems for enabling Voice communication/chat

NetDIVE's VoIP technology is available in the following NetDIVE

Web based conferencing & meetings - this means that eAuditorium will
enable you to offer web based conferencing where many people will
be able to talk to one another via voice, whether there are 3 or 100
in the meeting room.
- CallSite for enabling
Web based live customer service - this is for 1
to 1 Voice communication between your Web site visitors and your
Agents.
- SiteSticky for adding
a public chat & community to your web site - the VoIP in
SiteSticky can be either peer-to-peer
which is then not server based so it puts no bandwidth load on
your server but then it is not Fire wall eanbled either or
it can be Fire wall enabled and thus server based. SiteSticky
voice is 1 to 1.
Instantanous & Nothing to install in case of Web based
The Web based Voice communication that NetDIVE applications
(CallSite, eAuditorium & SiteSticky) enable are instantaous
requiring nothing on the client side but their Web browser .
Hence unlike other Web based VoIP solutions there is no need
for a plug-in, Active X or a 3rd party software.
Telephone Voice quality
NetDIVE's Voice over IP technology results in a voice quality
that is as good as, if not better*, than the Voice quality
of a typical mobile telephone, even on an Internet connection
of as low as 33.8 Kbit/Sec.
