In order to use NetDIVE's software and/or services you may need to complete a registration form and supply NetDIVE with certain information. NetDIVE collects certain information during the registration process such as personal identification information including your email address, first name, last name, and nonpersonal information including your company, industry, website URL, age, gender, zip code, state, country, and operating system used.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED:
Your registration is used to operate the service. You may receive periodic announcements and communications including but not limited to information about new technical features and technical issues.

ACCESS BY THIRD PARTIES:
NetDIVE may be required to share your information with third parties while acting under a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary to i)comply with legal requirements or legal process, ii)protect or defend the proprietary rights of NetDIVE, iii)enforce the Terms of Use, iv)act to protect the interests of others. Unless you are given a choice to opt out, NetDIVE will not share, sell, rent, or give away your private information to anyone except to the payment processing institution unless required by law.

SECURITY OF INFORMATION:
All personal information submitted to NetDIVE including credit card and payment information is encrypted using SSL software. Off-line, only necessary employees who have a specific task are given access to user's personal information.
