White Board

With this feature, the Agent can instantly launch a White Board for free hand communication
with the customer. Moreover the Agent can load a document (gif/jpg images)
into the white board and draw on the image, which free hand drawings and
annotations are instantly viewable by the caller and vise versa. The Agent
has the ability to "lock" the White Board or allow the caller to also draw
on the White Board.
The communication via the White Board is an incredibly powerful tool: there
are many occasions when free hand communication is the only way to make
the necessary point, especially for such instances as distant learning, health care, etc.
