Web Page push - Web Tour

CallSite Web page push feature allows the Agent to push Web pages to the callers Web browser so that they can be looking at the same Web page.

The pushed Web pages can be delivered into either a new Web browser window or at your option into a 2nd frame of a two frame Web browser where the 1st frame is occupied by the CallSite customer side communication User Interface.
