When the communication is first established between Agent and customer, whether
by the Agent proactively calling the customer or by the customer calling
the Agent via CallSite Call Buttons, the first user interface that the customer
will see is a basic text chat window. Via this window, the customer and
Agent can engage in text communication.
All other communication capabilities of CallSite are invokable by the Agent
by simply clicking on appropriate buttons on his/her side and they appear
instantly on the customer's side.
