With this feature, the Agent can display image based documents to the
customer. As the saying goes "A picture is worth a thousand words" since
most often nothing is more useful toward closing a sale or providing
support than being able to show the Customer pictures of what is being discussed.
Moreover with the Slide Show capability
of CallSite the Agent can immerse the caller in the images: the Agent
can Zoom in, Zoom out, Pan right or Pan left within an image and the same
will happen instantly on the callers side. Hence, the Agent can effectively
immerse the Customer in the Slide show being presented.
The immersive slide show feature
of CallSite is an incredibly powerful communication tool: there are many
occasions when Agents of a company need to show to the customers images
of what is being sold, such as real estate, travel, etc. and the Agent
would need to focus on different parts of the image to make the sale happen,
