Secure Communication (Patent Pending)

CallSite allows for instant Secure communication between the Agent and the visitors to your web site. In the Secure mode of communication all the text that is sent between the customer and the Agent is encrypted as it travels through the Internet and only decrypted on the other users client side. To engage the Secure communication mode of CallSite, the Agent simply clicks on the 'Secure' button. On the client side, the only change that they will observe is a lock icon appearing behind each message.

CallSite's Secure Communication mode is based on state-of-the art public-key encryption technology (known as Diffie-Hellman key exchange) and uses the DES (Data Encryption Standard) protocol.
