Leave Messages
The person calling an agent at your company via your CallSite buttons can leave a message
if this agent does not answer the call because he/she is offline or busy.
The messages are delivered to the Agents' designated email box.
An Agent can also reject a call, with the ability to enter a reason for the rejection,
or let the system deliver a default rejection message to the customer
in which case the customer will again have the opportunity to leave a
message for the Agent.
