File transfer & Data sharing

CallSite allows for the Agent to instantly Transfer any files from the Agents desktop to the Customers Web browser. All the Agent has to do to Transfer a file to the customer, for the Customers instant access and review, is to click on the File Transfer button and select Send. Upon the customer accepting the transfer of file, the file will instantly download into the Customers PC which they can then review by simply clicking on it.
