User data collection, SQL or file based - CallSite Enterprise Software only

CallSite comes integrated with components that
allow it to connect to any SQL compatible database (i.e., MySQL). All user
information is contained in this database for the most efficient and scalable
operation of the system. The user data in the SQL database are connected
to the CallSite server via a JDBC bridge. This architecture allows for the
most flexible and expandable operation of your CallSite system, enabling
you to implement whatever that you would like in regard to collecting customer
information and subsequent report generation from these information.
If you are purchasing CallSite Enterprise Software,
NetDIVE can, at your option, install a free MySQL database for you.
CallSite also gives you the option to collect
all user information in flat files. So, in cases where scalability is
not a deciding factor, which would be the case with CallSite systems with
low number of Agent seats, you can choose to go with the flat file method
for user data storage. This would save you the time of maintaining a database.
