Call Routing
CallSite Call Routing feature allows you to
designate group of Agents in your company to be connected to a single Callsite
button. Hence for example you can have 20 sales or tech support people grouped
into one group and callable via one call routed CallSite button. When the
customer clicks on the Callsite button, CallSite call routing technology
will connect the caller to an Agent from the group based on the call routing
logic.
CallSite system comes with a basic call routing logic: the call is connected
to the next available Agent in the group either based on ascending name order
or random selection.
The Enterprise version of CallSite can have
call routing logic implemented as per your specifications.
