Call Escalation and Forwarding

With the Call Escalation feature, an
Agent can transfer a customers call to another Agent. So if an Agent cannot
answer a callers call, he/she can easily transfer the call to another Agent
who can, wherever in the world that the other Agent may be.
With the Call Forwarding capability
of CallSite, and Agent can designate to have his/her calls forwarded to
other Agent(s). As with the regular telephone the utilities of such a
capability are obvious.
