CallSite Agent Application

 

The Agent Application is divided in 3 parts : the Agent Application, the Text Chat Application, the Voice Chat Applet.

The Agent Application

The Agent Application is a Java Application that runs on the Agent's computer and listens for incoming calls. It provides the status of the agent whether they are online or offline.

The Agent will be indicated as online whenever the Agent Application is running, unless they are in a meeting or they are connected to the Internet with a dial-up connection and the dial-up is disconnected.

The Text Chat Application
The Text Chat Application allows the Customer and the Agent to communicate in text mode and launch white board, slide show, voice communication... etc.
