eAuditorium feature list - Miscellaneous Below is a list of some additional features of eAuditorium with a brief description of each feature. There are many other features besides those listed below, too many to list. All adding up to make eAuditorium by far the most Advanced, Secure & User friendly Web conferencing solution on the market. Un-Moderated rooms: your Admin can designate rooms of your eAuditorium to be Moderated or Un-Moderated. If a room is designated Un-Moderated then there will be no Moderator present, meaning that the room will be un-supervised, and anyone can talk as they want to. File Sharing: Moderator can select to share files with people in a meeting. The shared files can either be placed on the screen to be downloaded by the users at their option or Moderator can auto-start the downloading for the users. Police: Moderator can access via a tabbed screen Police functions, via which the Moderator can instantly Ban, Kick, Mute, or even ban by IP selected users. History log: people attending a meeting via eAuditorium can click on a "Log" button to have the transcript of the meeting instantly displayed to them in the form of a web page. Admin can turn the "Log" button Off or On. Duck & Un-Dock: people attending a meeting via eAuditorium can click on an Un-Dock button to Un-Dock the main display area of eAuditorium, where the Application Sharing, WhiteBoard, etc. are displayed, to adjust it to their PC display terminal size & resolution. Voice test: Admin can select to have the new users entering your eAuditorium go through a test to make sure that their Voice equipment (Speaker & Microphone) work OK. If this is turned On, then people entering your eAuditorium will be given this test the 1st time. Prevent private chat: Moderator can with 1 click prevent private chat between members attending a meeting. Quick action icons: people in an eAuditorium meeting can click on a series of buttons on the right of the user interface of eAuditorium to display to all via icons certain frequently provided actions, such as: Thumbs Up, Thumbs Down, I have a question, etc. Screeners: Screeners are a type of user created by the Moderator to assist the Moderator in case of very large events. If Screeners are deployed then questions from Audience will 1st go to Screeners who then decide whether to send it to the Moderator as is or Edit it. Word Filter: Admin can designate certain words to be Filtered. Green Room: Speakers can talk amongst themselves in private via what is called a Green Room, which is a private chat room only accessible by the Speakers. Just as in a real world Speakers may talk amongst themselves while talking publicly to Audience. Pre-loaded text: your Moderator can select from a list of pre-loaded text messages which he/she loaded up previously. Thus enabling them to reply to frequently asked questions quickly. Stage: Moderator can move selected Audience members to the (virtual) stage where the Audience member(s) will instantly have many of the same privileges as the Speaker, such as have their messages displayed to all and not sent to Moderator 1st. Sort users: User names in the User list can be sorted with 1 click based on time of entry or alphabetically.
