White Board
eAuditorium WhiteBoard feature will allow the Moderator to load any images (of type GIF or JPG)
for presentation to the meeting attendants. It is simple to use, and it allows all the
meeting participants to draw and collaborate on a shared WhiteBoard.
A variety of drawing tools are available with 1 click to both the Moderator and Audience
members for drawing on the document/image that is on the WhiteBoard.
As with all communication through eAuditorium the
moderator has the control of the White Board, namely he/she can with 1 click disable the audience's drawing ability
and allow it for the hosts only.
Please note: purpose of the WhiteBoard feature is to allow for sharing & collaboration on
image based documents only. If you want to share any other document or application, such as
a Spread Sheet, a Web browser, etc., then you use the Application Sharing feature.
