Voice Conferencing

eAuditorium offers you the most advanced Voice (over IP) conferencing technology. Delivering near Telephone quality Voice conferencing even if the meeting participants are on dial up modems, and whether there are 3 or 300 people in an eAuditorium web conferencing room - and all Free of any long distance or overseas charges.

Instantaneous & Cross platform
eAuditorium Voice conferencing is instantaneous across web browsers, that is all the person needs to take advantage of your eAuditorium Voice conferencing is their web browser* and access to your eAuditorium web page. This is unlike other Web conferencing solutions with Voice which force the participant to download & install a 3rd party software (plug-in).

Ease of use
eAuditorium Voice Conferencing is extremely simple to use. It is integrated directly into the conference room main interface so it can be used at any time in conjunction with other features of eAuditorium such as the Application Sharing, White board, etc.. Please see figure below for a partial screen shot of eAuditorium interface showing the Voice Conferencing controls.

Moderated or Non-Moderated Voice conferencing
eAuditorium allows you to have Two types of rooms:

  1. Moderated room
  2. Un-Moderated room
In a Moderated room your Moderator will have total control over who will be able to speak via Voice, that is who will have control of the Microphone ("Mike"). Moderator will do this simply by clicking on users name on the User list and then clicking on "Give Control" button. Once Moderator does this, then only this person will be able to speak and every one else in the room will be able to hear him/her. Thus resulting in avoiding chaos which would be the case if everyone could speak at same time. Moderator can then take control of the Mike by simply clicking on "Take Control" burton, see figure above for screen shot depiction of these buttons.

In an Un-Moderated room Voice conferencing will take place on a "who ever wants to speak" 1st basis, so it is a free for all (Un-Moderated) meeting. That means who ever clicks to grab the control of the Mike 1st will get to speak and all others will be able to hear her and will not be able to speak until she lets go of the Mike.

There are also small Voice related icons in front of each user in the user list, which are very helpful. For example they will indicate who has control of the Mike, who is speaking now, who has requested control of the Mike, etc.

Firewall Proof
eAuditorium Voice Conferencing comes with the technology that allows it to be installed Firewall enabled. This means that your eAuditorium meeting attendees will be able to engage in Voice conferencing even if they are behind a firewall or are connecting to the Internet via a Proxy.

Voice self-test
eAuditorium also comes with a Voice self-test module which you (your eAuditorium Admin) can engage in which case the 1st time people try to attend a meeting on your eAuditorium they will be prompted to test their sound devices and configure them properly before accessing your eAuditorium and trying to engage in voice conferencing.

If you want to conduct worldwide web conferencing with Voice of highest quality, eAuditorium is the most effective solution and the most inexpensive too.

(This feature of eAuditorium alone can SAVE you $1000's of per meeting, if not per month, Details)
