Moderator controls over all aspects of the Web meeting
eAuditorium allows you to designate a user as Moderator. This person then will have total control over all communication
taking place through your eAuditorium web conferencing rooms: from who has the control of the Voice, to who can share
applications, to who can write on the White-board, etc..
Moderator also has complete control over all aspects of text
messaging (Chat) between the meeting attendants should the Moderator want to.
The following options are available:
- Listen Only Mode: Moderator can set the room to be in "Listen Only Mode", in which
case no one will be able to type any messages except for those who are
on the stage.
- Stage Control: Moderator decides who is on or off the stage. This means that
with one click Moderator can move any meeting attendees onto or off the stage.
- Screen All Messages Mode: When the "Screen All Messages Mode"
is set by the Moderator, then all messages (except those sent from the stage) go to the
Moderator first. Moderator can then edit these messages before sending
them to the stage, delete the messages entirely, or send them to the
stage as they are.
- Prevent Private messages Mode: Moderator can set the conference room to not allow for
any Private messages, in which case no one will be able to engage in
private chat.
- Pre loaded Messages: Moderator can also set pre loaded messages which he/she can
send to the stage during an event, these messages can be even Images, Sounds,
Links and not just Text.
