eAuditorium comes with a module that results in all communication to be Fire-wall enabled, including the voice conferencing. This means that your audience members will be able to access your eAuditorium no matter if they are connecting to the Internet directly or from behind a Fire-wall or Proxys.

However for the communication of your eAuditorium to be Fire-wall enabled, some additional software needs to be installed and appropriate Ports opened. All of which is covered in the eAuditorium Admin User Guide, or our Support team will take care off for you upon purchase of appropriate Support.
