Audience members
People attending a meeting via eAuditorium (aka Audience members) access an eAuditorium
conference room by simply pointing their Web browser to the Web page
which contains the eAuditorium client applet, a screen shot of which is displayed below.
An Audience member does not need to install a software, all they need is their Web browser and the URL address
of your eAuditorium entry page to instantly enter an eAuditorium web meeting.
There are many communication features available to the Audience members
for allowing full interaction between the audience
members and the rest of the auditorium, all of these features are
under the control of the Moderator.
Some of the communication facilities available to the Audience members are:
- Voice conferencing. Audience members can talk via the Voice over IP
feature of eAuditorium at near or higher than Telephone quality, even
on a dial up modem. Just needing their Web browser and a Headset or Speaker/Mike.
With all Voice communication being free of charge.
- Application Sharing. Audience members can share any application that is on their
desk top via the state of the art Application Sharing feature of eAuditorium. And
can also pass the control of this application to anyone else in the room. With the
ultimate decision of whom can share applications resting with the Moderator.
- White board. Audience members can see & draw on a white board that is launched
by the Moderator.
- Live Quizzes. Audience members can instantly partake in Quizzes that is
launched by the Moderator. With the tests results being available to them
instantly should the Moderator choose to.
- Text chat. Moderator can allow the Audience member to engage in open text chat, or the Moderator can require all messages to be sent to him 1st, etc.
