the selected people who are to attend the meeting,

eAuditorium conference room which was in the email sent to them and they will enter
their provided username & password upon which eAuditorium will instantly load into their Web
browser and allow them to enter the Web conference.

If the Admin has selected to have new people go through Voice test before entering your eAuditorium, then those who have not verified their sound device yet will be taken
through a quick check to make sure their Voice (Speaker & Microphone) works OK, |
