Easy to use yet powerful Admin Graphical User Interface (GUI)
eAuditorium provides you with a Web based Admin GUI, through which GUI your Admin
can totally and easily control and manage the operation of your eAuditorium Web conferencing.
The eAuditorium Admin GUI provides full control over all
aspects of the eAuditorium: server, events, conference rooms, user logins,
ancillary content such as graphics, sounds, etc..
The access to the Admin Interface is password-protected. Below is listed a brief summary of some
of the functions which are available through the Admin GUI.
Managing the Web Conferencing Rooms
Admin can create a new conference room or edit the properties of an existing
conference room.
Managing the Users
Admin can create new users or edit the properties of existing users. Users
can be designated as Moderators, Audience members, Speakers, Screeners or Admins.
Customize the look & Feel of your eAuditorium
The Admin GUI provides for great many customization of your eAuditorium, some of which are:
the login panel, the user interface, the buttons, section
placement, colors, fonts, plug-ins, icons, etc.. Such customization can be done with
ease through the Admin GUI to reflect the corporate look & identity that you want
for your eAuditorium.
Server Properties
Admin can also edit some of the properties associated with the eAuditorium server.
With total server control of course being possible on the Server side of eAuditorium.
