The terms of NetDIVE Open Source License (NOSL) are very simple and to the point.
They are:

With the purchase of an Enterprise class installation or custom development of one of the products of
NetDIVE, NetDIVE will give you the source code of the NetDIVE product for
which this purchase was made. |

You may read and make changes to NetDIVE source code provided to you for free
and at will.

You may make derivative product from NetDIVE source code as you like and without paying any Royalties
to NetDIVE, as long as the derivative product is for your usage and not for sale. |

Should you want to create a derivative product from NetDIVE source code and want to offer
this derived product from NetDIVE source code for sale then you must obtain a Royalty License
from NetDIVE. |

You may not distribute, share or allow anyone to access the NetDIVE source code, that is anyone else out-side your organization, without
written permission of NetDIVE. |
