for your paid or free NetDIVE software system
You can purchase Hourly support for your NetDIVE software system. Under this
support option our support team will answer any support related questions or issues
that you have in regard to your paid or free NetDIVE software system. Hourly support is only $79.00 per Hour, with minimum purchase of 3 Hours required.

Important information about the Hourly support buy option: |

Under this option we will NOT remotely install your NetDIVE software system
for you on your server, we will be answering questions that you have in regard to
operating your NetDIVE software. Should you need installation support, this requires
purchase of Installation Support.
|
|
Hourly support is billed against the number of Support Hours that you purchase
in minutes, with minimum increments of 15 minutes.
|
|
Our regular Support hours are
Monday to Friday 8AM to 8PM EST, excluding US and European official holidays.
|
|
Support is provided via our message board support system. Not via Phone.
However should it be necessary, our support staff will arrange to meet you live
via NetDIVE CallSite or other NetDIVE communication products as may be
deemed necessary.
|
|
Please allow for up to 24 hours for your questions to be answered. Although
generally they will be answered in a few hours or less.
|
|
Hourly Support purchased and not used within 6 months (180 days) will expire.
|
