collaboration, and community building through the Internet. We have succeeded
in this objective consistently by creating
software products that excel in features, ease of use and scalability compared

But we are not stopping there, to give our customers even more value compared
to anything else on the market, in fact

we are now giving our software products away for
free and just charging for Support. And in case of Enterprise sales even the
Source Code of our products is provided for free under NOSL.
That is right, the same Source Code that we have invested
Millions of dollars to develop, we provide to you for free when
you make an Enterprise class purchase*. |

Under NOSL you may make alterations to the NetDIVE software products
without permission from NetDIVE or without payments of any royalty
fees to NetDIVE, as long as the resulting product is for the internal usage
of your company. If however a derivative product is created from the source
code of NetDIVE software products for commercial resale purposes then an OEM contract is required.
