Recommended Server for running CallSite with 25 Agent Seats are:

• Pentium 4 with 2.5GHZ CPU
• 526 MB of RAM minimum (1GB recommenced)
• 2.0 GB of Disk space
• Standard ISP class Internet conncetion, which means at least 10 Mb/Sec burstable.
• 2 Free IPs. 2nd IP if you want the Voice conferencing of your eAuditorium to be Firewall enabled, otherwise 1 free IP is sufficient.

Requirements for the CallSite Agent application

• System: PC with Pentium 1 GHz processor minimum or SPARC
• Software: Any Java-enabled browser, such as Mozilla 1.x, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0+ or later (5.0+, 6.0 recommended) or NetDIVE's own Oxygen web browser
• Memory: 256 MB RAM minimum (512 MB recommended)

For the Voice Feature:

• Software: Netscape Mozilla 1.2 or later, Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or later or NetDIVE's own Oxygen web browser
• Operating System: Windows 95/98/NT/2000/XP
• Sound Card: 16-bit, full-duplex, 8 kHz capable
• Microphone and speakers.
