CallSite can be integrated with a SQL compatible database (MySQL). The agent list is contained in this database for the most efficient and scalable operation of the system. The data in the MySQL database is connected to the CallSite server via a JDBC bridge. This architecture allows for the most flexible and expandable operation of your CallSite operation, enabling you to implement whatever that you would like in regard to collecting information about your agent list and subsequenting mining of such information.
