Using Windows Explorer or within a DOS session, extract the archive into a directory below your Web server's root directory; for instance, in the sample setup this would be:
C:\inetpub\wwwroot
and the resulting directory after unpacking the archive would be:
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\callsite

The CallSite archive is provided in the standard Zip compressed format (CallSite7-Win.zip). Use any Zip file utility that preserves long file names, such as the popular shareware program WinZip (available at http://www.winzip.com/) to extract the files in the CallSite archive into the above directory.

Please Note: Make sure the directory under which you install CallSite is accessible by pointing a Web browser to a URL that corresponds to that directory; in the sample setup, for instance, the above directory is available at http://www.mydomain.com/callsite/.

You can install CallSite in another directory, but it must always be inside the web server root directory (and if it's not the default CallSite directory name, this need to be specified in the 'server.cfg' file).
