LiveTrax Overview
 
 

With LiveTrax component of CallSite added to your web site, your Agents will be able to observe your customers from the moment that they arrive onto your web site, able to monitor their movement within your web site in real time and able to proactively call them, such as: "Hi, I see you are interested in this product of ours, how may I help you". Your Agents do this conveniently via the LiveTrax window, which they access through their CallSite Agent Application software.

LiveTrax Full & Stealth mode
LiveTrax comes in two modes:

  1. LiveTrax Full, with ability to Monitor and proactively Call: In this mode your Agents will be able to both monitor the movement of your Customers across your web site as well as proactively call the customers or the customers can call the Agents.
  2. LiveTrax Stealth, with ability to Monitor only: This is the stealth version of the LiveTrax where an Agent can see a customers movement across the website but cannot proactively call them.

The reason you may not want LiveTrax with Full call capability in each web page of your web site is that the stealth mode is faster to load than the Full call mode. And since you would not consider a visitor to your web site to be a serious customer until they follow a certain pattern (visits certain pages) then you will likely not want Full call capability in each page of your web site.

Note: The reason that the Stealth mode of LiveTrax is faster to load than the full call mode is because it is made up of Javascript code only whereas the full call mode is made up of Java & Javascript communicating with one another via Liveconnect
