You can pass these pages as they are to your Agents or you can make any modifications you want to these pages to suite your particular set up of CallSite and then pass the resulting pages to your Agents.

It is highly recommended that your Agents read the pages under this section at least for a day or two before starting to accept live calls from your customers. And in fact make and accept a few test calls to and from a test customer (supervisor or colleagues), to get familiarized with all the communication features of CallSite, before accepting calls from actual customers.
