The 1st time you launch the CallSite agent application, you will be prompted to enter your User Name & Password. Enter them in the appropriate place. Also if the server address of your CallSite is blank, make sure to obtain the right server address before you enter them in this place. For example for the NetDIVE CallSite this address is www.callsite.com, note that there is no http:// before the www.

Now you are connected to the CallSite system and are ready to use it. If the other agents of your CallSite system have already added you to their Contact list you will now show up as a Green guy ready to accept messages.

So the next step is to create your 'Agent Groups' and to add the other agents to these groups so that you are aware of their status any where in the world that they might be and are able to have instant multimedia communication with them. You can name your group according to your wish but the only limitation is that you cannot add the same group more than once. Example:

1. Click the Add a Group button
2. Add a Group called Business Contacts
3. Click the Add a Friend button
4. Add an agent to the desired Group
5. Repeat above steps for all the Groups and agents that you would like to be connected with on a continuous basis
