Agent Communication Toolbar

Using
the Communication Toolbar, you can:
Send
a Message
View Historical Logs of all Calls and Messages
Set
Personal Preferences
Get
CallSite Help- Clicking
the CallSite 'Help' button launches the CallSite Online Help
documentation using the browser you selected in your personal preferences
(see above).
Exit
WeMessage-
Clicking this button closes the CallSite application, but not before
you recieve a confirmation prompt:

Click
the 'Ok' button to close your CallSite agent application.
