You can send streming video to your customers via the Video panel of CallSite.
To access the Video panel, click on the 'Options' button in the communication user interface. The following window containing three tabs will open up:
In this window, click on the 'Video' tab. Here you will need to fill out the following information:
(1) Applet path: The path to access the applet directory URL on the server. For example, http://www.your-server/callsite/applet/
(2) Video File Path: The relative applet path where the video file is located. For example, plugins/messenger/video/your-agent-name/your-image.gif(or .jpg)
(3) Video size: The size of the video to be presented in pixels. This will depend on the specifications of your particular Web cam.
(4) Refresh Rate: This is the refresh rate of your particular Web cam.
After you enter the above information, click on the button 'Launch video'. Your customer will see the following prompt:
Upon acceptance by your customer, you will be able to start the immersive video presentation to your customer.
