Call Transfer

With the incredible feature of Call Transfer, a CallSite Agent can transfer a call to another agent when he/ she is busy answering the call of some other customer.

In order to transfer a call, you will need to click on the 'Call Transfer' button which is located on the top of the 'Communication User Interface' window. After you click on that button, you will see the following window:

You can now select the name of the available Agents in the list and click on the button 'Escalate' call'. The call will be transferred to that agent.
