Check status Information

The Agent can know when a customer is visiting the web page containing the Call Button of the Agent.

When a customer is visiting the web page of an agent, the following window shows up in the Agent's computer:

The CallSite Agent then can call the customer pro-actively (if the Agent wishes to) by clicking on the 'Call the user' button. This will establish a communication between the CallSite Agent and the customer.
