You can send pictures to the customer with the help of CallSite. The pictures can be sent either as gif files or as jpeg files, the only limitation being that the files should be less than 60 K.B. in size.To send a picture from a current chat session, click the 'Picture' button. A window as shown below pops up:
There you need to highlight the name of the appropriate file that is in the list and then click "OK".
The picture will immediately show up in your screen as well as in that of your customer.
In case you want to add new pictures to your list, click on the "Add..." button that is just below the images list. Then the following window will show up:
You should then browse for the appropriate image in your computer and then when you find your desired image click on it and then click "Open". This image file will be added to your images list.
In case you want to delete an image from your images list, highlight the name of the image file and click "Delete" which is just next to the "Add..." button. This image file will be deleted from your image list.
