You can send a message to another agent listed in your agent contact list.
To send a message, highlight the name of the agent in the agent list, with whom you want to exchange instant private messages with and click 'Send'. A communication window will open immediately.
With this interface, you can change the color, font, style and size of your text. You can change recipients by clicking the 'friends' button next to the current recipient's name.
