Call Rejection

A CallSite agent cal reject the call of a customer if he/she is busy or in a meeting and also send a message to the customer in this regard.

When a customer places a call to an agent, the following window is displayed in the Agent's computer:

In case he/she does not want to accept the call, he/she can reject it by typing a rejection message and clicking on the 'Reject ' button. The customer will receive the message and then if the customer leaves a message for the agent, the message will be transferred to the agent via email.
