Sending pre-loaded Messages

You
can send Pre-loaded text messages to your customers via the Pre-loaded
text panel of CallSite.
To
access the Pre-loaded text panel, click on the 'Options' button in the
communication user interface. The following window containing three tabs
will open up:

In
this window, click on the 'Pre-loaded text' tab. With this panel,
you can send two types of messages:
- Personal
Messages: These are the messages that you can load by yourself into
this panel.
In this
panel, you can perform the following functions:
- Add
new messages to the list:
You
can add personal Pre-loaded text into this panel. To do so, click
on the 'Add to List' button. The following window shows
up:

In
this window, type the 'Memo' of the message which is basically
the title of the message which will be displayed in the list and
then in the field 'Pre-loaded text content', type in your
text and then click 'OK'. This new memo will be added to
your list of personal Pre-loaded messages.
- Modify
the existing messages in the list:
You
can edit existing messages in the list of personal Pre-loaded messages.
To do so, highlight the 'Memo' of the message in the list and click
on 'Modify selected'. The window containing the text will open up
and there you can make the necessary modifications and after you
are done with making the changes, click 'OK'. The particular message
in the list will be modified.
- Delete
existing messages in the list:
You
can delete existing messages in the list of personal Pre-loaded messages.
To do so, highlight the 'Memo' of the message in the list and click
on 'Remove selected'. You will see the following confirmation prompt:

If you
click 'OK', then the particular message will be removed from the list.
- Centralized
Messages: These are the messages which will be made available to
your agent application by the CallSite Administrator. They include pre-loaded
text, slide show images and white board images.
To send
a Pre-loaded messages, simply highlight the 'Memo' of the text
in the list (the message could be either Personal message or Centralized
message) and click on the 'Send Text' button. The message will
be immediately delivered to the customer. |
