Overview

The Admin Application software is a Java signed Applet that the Admin of your CallSite system can conveniently access at any time from any Web browser, through which he/she can manage and customize the access to, the look & feel of and the operation of your CallSite software system.

Some of the things that you can do via the CallSite Admin Application software are:

1. Create/edit/delete Agents
2. Change Agent User Interface (UI) look & feel
3. Change customer communication UI look & feel
4. Change the Agent pop up window look & feel
5. Change the Call button look & feel
6. Create/edit/delete images for Slide Shows & White Boards
7. Set/edit Call Routing
8. View RGT

To run the Agent Application, the Agent must have a Java Runtime Environment installed.

Warning: For security reasons once you launch the Admin Application using the Admin user name and password, you should neither connect to the Agent application using the same Admin user name and password at the same time nor should you try to connect to the Admin application from different computers at the same time using the same Admin user name and password. If you do so, you will be disconnected from both the Admin and the Agent application and so none of your applications will function at all.
