Section: V. H Admin the Slide Show in your CallSite You can set the centralised Slide Show images displayed in your CallSite by using the 'Slides' panel. To access the 'Slides' panel, click on the 'CallSite Admin' tab. In the new window that opens up, click on the 'Slides' tab. The following interface will open up:
This window has two panels - one on the left and the other on the right. The right hand side panel contains the list of all the existing centralised Slide Show images and the left hand side panel is the area where the Slide Show images are displayed when you highlight the name of the image in the right hand panel. You can perform the following functions in this panel: (1)
Add new Slide Show images These functions have been described below: (1) Add new Slide Show images To add a new centralised Slide Show image, click on the 'Add' button. The following new window will appear in which you should specify the name of the new Slide Show image. This will be the name of the particular Slide Show image that will appear in the list on centralised Slide Show images in the Agent communication window.
After adding the name of the Slide Show image, click 'OK'. The following window will appear in which you can set the new Slide Show image in the 'Description' field:
Now, to change the image, click on 'Change image...' button. The following window will appear which will prompt you to choose an image from the existing list of images or to add a new image from your computer by clicking on the 'Add' button:
In this window, highlight the name of the selected image and click 'OK'. This name of this image will now appear in the right hand panel in the 'Slides' panel. In order to save the changes, you should click on the 'Save' button. Otherwise, after you exit the Admin application, the new Slide Show image that you have just added will vanish. (2) Edit existing Slide Show images You can edit the existing centralised Slide Show images by highlighting the name of the image in the right hand side panel and then clicking on the 'Edit' button. You can then make the necessary changes and when you are done, click on the 'OK' button. After that you should also click the 'Save' button in the 'White Board' panel, so that the changes that you have just made might take place. (3) Remove existing Slide Show images You can remove an existing centralised Slide Show image by highlighting the name of the Slide Show image in the right hand side panel and then clicking on the 'Remove' button. After that you should also click the 'Save' button in the 'Slides' panel, so that the changes that you have just made might take place. |
