Admin the Pre-Loaded text Messages in your CallSite

You can set the centralised Pre-loaded text messages displayed in your CallSite by using the 'Preloaded texts' panel.

To access the 'Preloaded texts' panel, click on the 'CallSite Admin' tab. In the new window that opens up, click on the 'Preloaded texts' tab. The following interface will open up:

This window has two panels - one on the left and the other on the right. The right hand side panel contains the list of all the existing centralised Pre-loaded text messages and the left hand side panel is the area where the Pre-loaded text is displayed when you highlight the name of the text in the right hand panel.

You can perform the following functions in this panel:

(1) Add new Pre-loaded messages
(2) Edit existing Pre-loaded messages
(3) Remove existing Pre-loaded messages

These functions have been described below:


(1) Add new Pre-loaded messages

 

To add a new centralised Pre-loaded message, click on the 'Add' button. The following new window will appear in which you should specify the name of the new Pre-loaded text. This will be the name of the particular Pre-loaded text that will appear in the list on centralised Pre-loaded text messages in the Agent communication window.

After adding the name of the Pre-loaded text, click 'OK'. The following window will appear in which you can set the new Pre-loaded text in the 'Description' field:

After entering the text, click 'OK'. This message will now appear in the right hand panel in the 'Preloaded texts' panel. In order to save the changes, you should click on the 'Save' button. Otherwise, after you exit the Admin application, the new Pre-loaded text message that you have just added will vanish.


(2) Edit existing Pre-loaded messages

You can edit the existing centralised Pre-loaded messages by highlighting the name of the Pre-loaded text in the right hand side panel and then clicking on the 'Edit' button. The following window will show up:

In this window, you can edit the Pre-loaded message displayed in the 'Description' field and when you are done with making the changes, click 'OK'. After that you should also click the 'Save' button in the 'Preloaded texts' panel, so that the changes that you have just made might take place.


(3) Remove existing Pre-loaded messages

You can remove an existing centralised Pre-loaded messages by highlighting the name of the Pre-loaded text in the right hand side panel and then clicking on the 'Remove' button. After that you should also click the 'Save' button in the 'Preloaded texts' panel, so that the changes that you have just made might take place.
