Overview
'HTML panels'
is small feature which allow administrator distribute important informations to users in very
simple way. In HTML panel can be displayed some HTML page which is refreshed every few seconds. It
can be used to distribute some news, market values, etc.
Admin the HTML Panels in your CallSite
You
can admin the HTML panels in your CallSite by using the 'HTML panels'.
To
access the 'HTML panels', click on the 'Messenger Admin' tab. In the new window
that opens up, click on the 'HTML panels' tab. The following interface will
open up:

Using
this panel you can add, edit and delete existing panels which are displayed
in the mini web browser of your CallSite Agent application. To add a new panel,
click on the 'Add' button. The following window will show up:

In
this panel, you will need to add a name of your panel that you want to create
and then click 'OK'.After you are done with creating the new panel, click
on the 'Save' button to save the changes that you have made. If you are not
satisfied with the new panel that you have just created, click on the 'Cancel'
button.
In
case you want to edit or delete an existing panel, highlight the name of the
panel in the list and click on the 'Edit' or 'Delete' bttons respectively.
If
you wish to remove a panel from the list, highlight the name of that panel
in the list and click on the 'Remove' button. |
