Customize Look and Feel of your CallSite Buttons

You can customize the GUI of your CallSite by using the 'Call Button' panel.

To access the 'GUI Look & Feel' panel, click on the 'CallSite Admin' tab. In the new window that opens up, click on the 'Call Button' tab. The following interface will open up:

Using this panel you can set the background and foreground (text) colors of the Agent application, background and foreground (text) colors of the buttons, background color of the chat area and the background color of the HTML page displaying the call button by clicking on the respective button.

You can also set information about the agents to be displayed in the HTML pages containing their CallSite buttons by clicking on the 'Set the Call Button main info...' button. When you click on this button, the following window shows up:

Here, you should specify the name of the group, the full name of the group, choose to designate the group as a call routing group by checking (or unchecking the box 'Call routing' and in the 'Description' field, you can add a brief description of the group to be displayed in the HTML page where the call button is located.

It should be noted that if you make any changes in this 'GUI Look & Feel' panel, you should click on the button 'Generate HTML'. This will generate the HTML page containing the changes that you have just made. You can now cut and paste this newly generated HTML page in your Web page containing the Call Buttons. Then you should upload this new HTML page to your server. Only after doing so will the changes that you have made will take place.
