Create, edit and delete Agents in your CallSite

You can create, modify and delete agents of your CallSite by clicking on the 'Admin' tab in the CallSite Admin panel and then clicking on the 'Agents' tab. The following window shows up:

In this interface, there is the 'Agent List' on the left and on the right hand side are the following four buttons:

(1) Create agent
(2) Edit agent
(3) Delete agent
(4) Refresh List

The functions of these four buttons are explained below:


(1) Create agent

You can create new agents in your CallSite by using this button. To create a new CallSite agent, click on the 'Create agent' button. The following new window will open up:

The following fields can be specified in the above window:

(1) User Nickname: The CallSite nickname of the Agent that you intend to create should be specified in this field.

(2) Password: You specify the password of the new Agent in this field.

(3) First name: In this field, you should specify the actual first name of the agent that you are creating. This field is optional.

(4) Last name: In this field, you should specify the actual last name of the agent that you are creating. This field is optional.

(5) Admin user (all rights): You should check this box in case you decide to assign Admin rights to this Agent. Be very careful: when you check this box you give this Agent the same powers as you have in Admining your CallSite system.

(6) Agent user (green color in the user list): You should check this box in case you decide to make the user a agent user. In that case, the icon of this user in the user list will be green in color.

(7) Invisible: In case you want your newly created agent to be invisible to the other CallSite agents so that his/her name is not displayed in the agent list, you should check this box.

(8) OK Button: After you have finished creating the agent, click on the 'OK' button to make the changes take place.

(9) Cancel Button: In case you are not satisfied with your creation of the new agent, you can undo the creation by clicking on the 'Cancel' button.


(2) Edit agent

If you wish to edit the information about a agent in the agent list, highlight the name of the agent in the agent list and click the 'Edit' button. In the new window that opens up make the necessary changes and click 'OK'.


(3) Delete agent

If you wish to delete an existing CallSite agent, highlight the name of that agent in the agent list and click on the 'Delete' button.


(4) Refresh list

If you are connected to CallSite for a long time and wish to see how many agents are currently connected to your CallSite, click on the 'Refresh List' button.
